Question pertinente dterminant mme la prennit du systme . L\'objectif tant d\'assurer le bien tre des populations des pays membres, il faille ncssaire de se pencher sur les problmes spcifiques des PED en gnral et des PMA en particulier. Dans les ngociations quand un acquis est obtenu pour les derniers nomms , il faudra plus quelque soit les tournures desdites ngociations que cet acquis soit compromis. Cela remmettra en cause l\'esprit de dveloppement voqu. Par moment il m\'inspire de proposer de delier les ngociations de PMA, les petits poucets de l\'organisation d\'avec les autres. Voyez vous comment on foule au sol la clause d\'habilitation , cette drogation qui repond l\'esprit de dveoppement souhait de l\'autre ct des ngociation des APE o il y a eu de la recuperation de la prt des partenaires africains au nom de l\'galit entre les PED des diffrentes zones. WTO should emphasize on strict enforcement of its policies and regulations with no grace to any country.With streamlined data integration and logistics management with other organizations that are part of world trade like IMO,Country wise intermodal transportation authorities like AAR in USA and counterparts worldwide,WTO can make trade a grand success with less efforts.Optimized logistics with synchronized regulations and commerce worldwide can lead to tremendous savings in processing times.This can be due to very clear approach and understanding of world of trade and its associated implications through regulations.Goods arrived at a destination port no longer need detention for non compliance of environmental,security aspects.ambiguity vanishes as execution of trade can alays be complying to its origin, enrouted countries and destination saving many man hours and deterioration of perishables waiting for compliance related delays.The wastage of goods and related expenses are amounting... The words of Mr. Pascal Lamy regarding “Humanising Globalisation” are a signal of changed attitude on the part of WTO and its allied organisations. If International Trade has to be a global reality there must be a policy shift towards giving priority to “Human Beings” rather than dealing with member States alone.Reducing poverty, conserving environment, etc are not incidental benefits but are the pre-requisites for the successful working of WTO, UN, etc. International Trade is not panacea for the social problems attached with respective countries. Trade is one of the components for the development but the overall development can result only if we pay attention to real and existing ground realities rather than entering into various Treaties and Conventions. If WTO has to succeed it must appreciate that sustainable social and economic development for all people is the only key. The United Nations Environment Programme\'s (UNEP) Millenniem Assessment report makes it clear that what we are doing to the world at the moment is unsustainable. The environmental impact is excessively high. UNEP also points out, in its assessment, that humankind must give \'full value\' to the services which nature provides, if we are to solve this problem. One of nature\'s services which we are busy destroying, are nature\'s carbon guzzlers, the world\'s forests, and this while we continue to make ever more green house gases. The scientists tell us that climate change is the the highest priority of all. If these forests were man made machines, there would be no question that we would be paying real money for the air cleaning services they provide. Because they are the products of billions of years of evolution, incorporating a living technology far far in advance of anything humankind can possibly make, we give them no financial value at all.
